It is training course of bed side care givers-aayas. It is for a duration of 1 month,for a batch of about 30 women. They are taught about basic care giving skills by a doctor and nurses. After completion they get employment in private homes,hospitals or nursing bureaus. They also spread awareness about health, hygiene and nutrition in their community.
