Drinking water was made available to 3 villages-Kumbale, Bope and Chandavane, Bhor Taluka, Pune District. Total beneficiaries 1200 families. Water tanks with approx capacity of 15000 litres were constructed at suitable sites, where water is collected from natural source uphill through pipelines laid down till tanks by shear gravity flow. Pipe lines are further laid down from water tanks to the location near houses of beneficiaries. Total project cost INR 11lakhs. Project done with CSR grant from Vulkan Technologies Pvt LTd, Pirangut, Pune, along with RC of Bhor.
